COVID-19 UPDATES

By its very nature, massage, bodywork, and spa services require skin-to-skin contact, and you should be familiar with the fact that infection control has always been a top priority for my practice. As we navigate life with additional requirements and modify existing measures due to COVID-19, please help me to support all of my clients by cooperating with the following requirements.

The following changes have been made to help protect myself and my clients:

• I will communicate with you 24 hours before your appointment to obtain updates to your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19.

• Please bring a face mask to use while you are in the building, and during your appointment. If you don't have a mask, one will be provided for you. Masks must be worn regardless of vaccination status UNLESS your scheduled service requires your mask to be removed.

• If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage and spa services are not advised if you have any symptoms of illness.

• There is a hand-hygiene station that I will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find hand sanitizer in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed. NO outside gloves will be allowed into the office.

• PLEASE COMPLETE ALL INTAKE/CONSENT FORMS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT!
