Pure Bliss Membership FAQs
How do I sign up?
You can purchase a membership package in person or online by clicking here. First month payment is required for sign up for any membership plan.
When will my credit card be charged each month?
Membership commences on the date of sign up and the monthly fee will be charged on that date each month.
If I can’t come in one month, will my services roll over?
You’re encouraged to use your services each month in the month they are billed. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use two the next month. Unused services only rollover once.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Per the Pure Bliss cancellation policy, a 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment without penalty. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or non-arrival to your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the service for the month.
Can I share my membership benefits with my family or friends?
Your Pure Bliss membership pricing is non-transferable and cannot be shared. However, immediate family members in the same household are eligible for a 10% discount on regularly priced services. Immediate family is considered your spouse and children.
Can I cancel my membership?
There is a six (6) month minimum enrollment requirement. After the six (6) month minimum, you may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of one (1) year. Any unused services will expire thirty (30) days after cancellation.
